Join a passionate care team as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a fast-paced substance abuse addiction clinic where you’ll have a meaningful impact every day by supporting individuals on their recovery journey. In this role, you’ll administer and manage medications (including medication-assisted treatment), monitor and record vital signs, engage with patients to promote health and wellness, and collaborate closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure quality care and positive outcomes. You’ll play a vital role in a clinic environment that emphasizes patient education, compassionate support, and teamwork — helping clients move toward lasting recovery.

Location: Randall's Island, NY

Scheduled Mon-Fri 630AM to 1130 AM

Compensation

Pay Range: $38.00-$41.00 Per HR

Major Functions

• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for facilitating clinic-based access to addiction medications.
• The LPN is responsible for scheduling initial and follow-up appointments for medication management for assigned patient caseload.
• The Licensed Practical Nurse provides care coordination and addresses barriers to effective care for patients receiving addiction medications.
  
  

Requirements

• Interest in behavioral health setting, ideally coming in with transferrable experience.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid LPN License in New York State.
